She has a culinary degree and has shipped many a restaurant into shape. We are lucky enough to have her do the same in the SSF kitchen. This womxn has a deep understanding of food chemistry, an appreciation for beauty, and a high standard for those she works with. She is a force and a friend. Julia loves to smile, to be with nature, and Sophie, her sweet kitty. There is nothing this womxn cant do, and she is sexy AF.

It is always the quiet ones that you need to listen to most closely. Joe was a caregiver for 10 years. SSF was lucky enough to fall into the garden bed with him. Joe brings cultivation knowledge to the table as well as the many skills he has gathered throughout the years. Joe is as solid as they get and just as smart. Joe has taught the team many things; his attention to detail and professionalism are used daily. He is a family man, a dad, and a nature-lover. His passion is cannabis. He knows first-hand the power this plant can have on someone's life. He believes in cannabis and himself.

Dylan is an SSF OG and has been with us since SSF was birthed in 2018. Dylan is the man for any job. He ran cultivation, engineered greenhouses, and fixed mistakes, like that time he drilled through the electrical line in the wall. Dylan can do it all. He is a creative, an artist, and does the job right or he won't do it at all. He loves hard and plays hard. Fishing is one of his true loves. He can boast catching giant fish off of the flies he tied! He puts his heart in anything he does and he fills the world with his passion.

Well, aside from the top quality products they create, they are a start up that truly cares about what they're starting. They are commited to creating a culture of compassion and empowerment through knowledge. Working for them means working for a company that's concerned with much more than its bottom line - they are consistently trying to improve themselves, the industry, and the communities they belong to. The positivity I gain by being a part of this family is priceless.
